Accidents happen and if you have an emergency call us. Over the phone we may ask you some simple questions to help us prepare for your arrival. If no vet is available our qualified nurses will help triage and begin support on whatever challenge may be presented to them. Our whole team is qualified to help and will all do their utmost no matter the emergency.

+ What counts as an emergency?

In simple terms, anything that has you suddenly worried and stressed about your pet is an emergency. In such instances it is better to contact us and we can discuss over the phone if it is a problem that needs to be seen immediately, later in the day, or within the week.

In all cases, try to remain calm and contact us. Our pets tend to react to our reactions and the more worried we are, the more worried they tend to be.
