You must be a registered client to use this service.
Orders will take up to 72 hours to fulfil.
When your order is ready for collection, we will send a text to the registered contact number on your account to let you know.
In order for us to comply with our dispensing policy, it is a requirement for your pet to have been reviewed by one of our veterinary surgeons in the last 3-6 months depending on your pets condition. Therefore, you may be asked to bring your pet in for a medication review before repeat medications are dispensed.
You may order medications to collect from the practice or you may request a written prescription (paper copy) to order your medication from another supplier or online pharmacy.
There is a charge for each written prescription issued and payment must be made before you receive the prescription. A payment link will be sent to the mobile number supplied. If no mobile is available this will be sent via email.
